How many cartons fit on a pallet, in how many layers, and what the built pallet weighs. Uses the best single-orientation layer pattern; the 3D planner can also mix orientations within a layer.

Reading the result

"Per layer" is the best rectangular grid of one orientation on the pallet footprint (plus any overhang you allow). "Layers" is how many carton heights fit under your stack limit after the pallet base. Weight caps the count if your cartons are dense. For interlocking or pinwheel patterns, or mixed carton sizes, use the planner: choose a pallet preset as the "container" and it will find the arrangement — including whether rotating some cartons fits one more per layer.
