Cubestow

Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

The short version

Cubestow runs entirely in your web browser. Your cargo lists, container settings and load plans are processed on your device and are never transmitted to us. We do not have a server that receives them.

What stays on your device

Your project (container, cargo rows, rules) is saved in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you come back. "Save project" writes a file to your computer. "Copy share link" encodes your inputs into the link itself — anyone you send it to can see those inputs, so treat it like any other document you share.

What we do collect

Fonts

Pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers under Google's privacy policy. The planner works with your system font if that request is blocked.

Anonymous product events

To understand whether the planner works for people we record a handful of anonymous events — for example "a load plan was calculated (176 pieces, 72% full, 3 s)", "a PDF was exported", "checkout was started". Each event carries the event name, coarse numbers like those, your country as reported by our hosting provider, and whether the device is mobile. No cookies, no identifiers, no IP address is stored, and nothing about your actual cargo (names, dimensions or quantities) leaves your device. Events are kept for 120 days.

Contact form

If you write to us through the contact page we store your name, email address, message, the page you came from, your IP address and country for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of support, then delete it. It is stored with Cloudflare (our hosting provider) and is not used for marketing.

Your rights

You can delete everything Cubestow stores on your device by clearing site data in your browser. To access, correct or delete data we hold about a purchase, use the contact page.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for material changes, note it in the app.
