1. The service
Cubestow is browser-based software that helps you plan how cargo can be arranged in containers, vehicles and on pallets. The free plan may be used by anyone for any lawful purpose. Pro features are unlocked with a licence key purchased through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
2. Pro licences
- A Pro licence is personal to one named user and may be activated on the devices that user works on. It may not be shared between people. Team licences are available on request.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy receipt; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- 14-day guarantee: if Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- We may suspend licences obtained fraudulently or shared in breach of these terms.
3. Your responsibility for loads
Cubestow produces geometric loading plans from the dimensions, weights and rules you enter. It does not know the real strength of your packaging, the condition of the container, lashing and bracing requirements, dangerous-goods segregation, axle-weight regulations or any other physical or legal constraint unless you have expressed it in the inputs. Load plans must be checked by a competent person before use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cubestow is provided "as is" and we are not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on a plan. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent licence checks, resell or redistribute the software, or use it in a way that breaks the law. You may share load plans, exports and screenshots freely.
5. Intellectual property
The Cubestow software, engine, design and documentation are our property. Third-party libraries included in the software remain under their own licences (Three.js, jsPDF and SheetJS Community Edition, each MIT or Apache-2.0 licensed). Your inputs and the plans you create are yours.
6. Changes
We may update the software and these terms. Material changes to the terms will be announced in the app or by email to Pro customers.
