Before you write

• Lost your licence key? Open the page Stripe returned you to after paying — it always shows your key — or use Manage billing in the planner to find your subscription.
• Cancel or change card: Activate Pro → Manage billing in the planner opens Stripe's portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: full refund within 14 days of a first purchase, no questions asked — send the email you paid with.
• Bugs: please include a Save project file or a share link so we can reproduce the load.
